On the spot Oats four tbsp
Low-fat Milk 1 Cup
Apple 1
Banana 1
Honey as you required (Optionally available)
Some Almond (Chopped)

Route:

Step 1: Take a Pan and add milk and boiled it after which add On the spot Oats and switch off the flame and blend it effectively after which dish out it.
